Ruche sided tube
The tube is an ingenious idea from designer Harry Duley. It is simple and versatile - just a band of fabric, shaped from waist to hem that can sit over the tummy below the hem of a top layer, giving the effect of wearing layered tops but without having to wear lots of clothes.
