Delivery
When in stock we aim to send out your order within 7-10 working days from receipt of order. (With exception to personalised cushion and bag - we will aim to send within 14 - 28 working days) We will advise you if an item is out of stock and let you know an anticipated delivery date.

Postage & Packing
The cost of standard delivery in the UK is £1.00 per item (max £5.00). Deliveries in the UK are made by Royal Mail. For international delivery, shipping is based on weight. Please email us for more information.

 

RETURNS

Returns & Exchanges
If you are unhappy with the product, please notify us within 14 days and return unused, with the original invoice to:

We will to refund or exchange them for you.
Post and package costs are not refundable (unless the fault is ours).
Sale items non-refundable.
We would like to advise you to obtain a certificate of posting, as we are not responsible for return packages that do not reach us.
