HOW TO ORDER

Online You can buy from us online, we use PayPal to host our shopping cart. 
Soon after an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation for the transaction amount. Once we accept your order, we will send you an email confirmation when the goods have been dispatched. All transactions are processed in a secure environment.

By Credit or Debit card 
We accept Visa or MasterCard. (You do not need a PayPal account).

With PayPal Using PayPal Express Checkout.

By Cheque 
Please make payable to Harry Duley. On the back please write your home address, cheque guarantee card number and expiry date.

DELIVERY

All of our garments are made to order. We aim to deliver between 7 - 21 days from receipt of order. We will advise you if it will be longer and let you know an anticipated delivery date.

Postage & Packing The cost of standard delivery in the UK is £2.50 per order. Free delivery on orders over £150. Deliveries in the UK are made by Royal Mail. For international delivery, shipping is based on weight. Please email us for more information.

RETURNS

Returns & Exchanges If you are unhappy with the product, please notify us within 7 days and return unused, with the original invoice to: Harry Duley, 33a St James’s Street, Shaftesbury, Dorset. SP7 8HF.

We will refund or exchange them for you. 
Post and package costs are not refundable (unless the fault is ours).

Made to measure and sale items are non-refundable. We would like to advise you to obtain a certificate of posting, as we are not responsible for return packages that do not reach us.

GENERAL

You may view and print out our pages for the sole purpose of buying a product. You may not use pictures, logos, graphics, text or descriptions on our site for any other use. Copyright for these photographs remains with the individual photographers.

We do our best to ensure that the prices displayed on our website are correct. However we reserve the right to validate those prices before we process your order.

We reserve the right to accept or decline your order.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
